●ルール
１: 縦横全ての列に上下左右の矢印を一つずつ配置する。

２: 矢印が指している最も手前にある矢印を順にたどったとき、
    どの矢印から出発しても盤面の外に出られるようにする。

Arrows pointing each of up, down, left, and right are placed in each row and 
column. Starting at each arrow and proceeding in the directions the arrows 
point, a path can be followed from one arrow to the next that leads out of the 
board.
